Break your fast this year at the Dorsett Grand Subang. This five-star hotel is hosting several "Semarak Iftar" themed buffets during the Ramadan period from April to May which are prepared by renowned Sous Chefs, Chef Zainal Ahmad, and Chef Bustami. The Semarak Iftar buffet at the Terazza Brasserie, one of the several restaurants in this luxurious hotel, will be available daily from the 24th of April until 23rd May 2020, beginning at 7 pm until 10.30 pm.

Terazza Brasserie takes pride in its immense selection of food that consists of up to 90 dishes made in-house. From the subtle scent of the smoky, charcoal grills of the satay station to the herbaceous chili and spices of the Roasted Baby lamb, the aroma when entering this restaurant is phenomenal. Apart from being a meat lover's heaven, the Ramadan buffet also has a wide variety of soups, noodles, salads, and pasta to leave your mind blown throughout the entire meal.

The local dishes are the true definition of comfort food, prepared by a great team of culinary experts that delivers its 5-star standards.

The salad bar provides a selection of fresh salads along with Italian dressing, French dressing, Thousand Island dressing and vinaigrette. The soup selections are colossal; to name a few, there is the Sup Tulang Kambing Berempah, Sup Pindang Ikan Merah, Chicken Yoke Chuk Soup, Chi Kut Teh Chicken Herbal Soup, Sup Singgang Ikan and ample more.

The Roasted Baby Lamb with Mandy Arabic Rice would most definitely be the star of the buffet. The lamb is smoky, tender and succulent and it makes a perfect pairing with the aromatic Mandy Arabic Rice.

Should you have a sweet tooth, dive into the chocolate fountain with many different dessert skewers such as marshmallows, strawberries, cookies and accompany it with some ice cream or pastries to end the meal.  An assortment of Malay Kuih such as Onde-Onde, Badak Berendam, Tapai Pulut dan Ubi, and Pulut Panggang are available as well.

The design of the restaurant and its dishes are made to resemble stalls in a Ramadan Bazaar that showcases classic and local dishes in conjunction with the "Visit Malaysia 2020" (VM2020) campaign. Aside from the Semarak Iftar buffet, Terazza Brasserie will also be having a special Sahur Buffet in the mornings that will be available from 4.30 am to 5.30 am daily.

In conjunction with Ramadan, The Emperor Restaurant at the Grand Dorsett Subang will also be serving various Chinese-style Iftar Set Menu which is prepared by award-winning Executive Chef Bryan Teh. Experience oriental delights with the likes of Chef Bryan’s special concocted Sichuan Style Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken with Dry Chili and Herbs, Wok-Fried Assorted Vegetable with Spicy Sauce and many more. Available from 24th April until 24th May 2020, advanced reservations must be made before dining at The Emperor Restaurant.
