iflix, Southeast Asia’s leading Internet TV service announced today that it has reached over one million members within only six months of launch.
This significant achievement follows on a succession of landmark milestones and collaborations, including the recent announcement of a ground breaking partnership with Telekom Malaysia (TM), to offer all TM Unifi and Streamyx customers a 12-month iflix subscription at for free, sponsored by TM. The Company also recently launched its ‘Download & Watch Offline’ feature, allowing members to download contents to their device for offline viewing – all for RM8 per month for unlimited access with no ads.
In addition, iflix offers members the largest library of the world’s top TV shows and movies in the region by way of agreements with over 60 of the world’s leading studios and content distributors including Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), Disney, Warner Bros, Paramount, NBC Universal, Fox, CBS, BBC and Media Prima to name a few. With exclusive rights to such global breakout hit shows as Mr. Robot, Fargo, Aquarius, Minority Report, Black Sails and more, the shows are now available for the first time in Asia, exclusively on iflix.
