Fixi Novo Searches for Malaysian Short Stories

Fixi Novo, a label under Malaysian pulp fiction publisher, Buku Fixi is on the lookout for original local short stories for its upcoming anthology project, Micro Malaysians
 
The submitted microfictionstories must have a connection to Malaysian’s lifestyle and consists of not more than 150 words, excluding the title.  Selected stories will be edited by local author, Anwar Hadi; who wrote a collection of fiction and non-fiction pieces titled, Whatever You Say I Am/I'm OK.
 
Aspiring authors are welcome to submit more than one story, and each selected story will receive a cash prize as well as a copy of the anthology. The project will also look for illustrators once they have selected the stories.
 
Set to be published in April 2017, Micro Malaysians will feature over 100 Malaysian short stories. Submission is currently open until 15th December 2016.
