The legendary Malaysian celebrity, Tan Sri Teuku Zakaria Bin Teuku Nyak Puteh better known by his stage name P. Ramlee, was loved by all for his acting skills, directing capabilities and musical composition. This Ramadan, Paya Serai Restaurant @ Hilton Petaling Jaya will be having at “Nostalgia Tan Sri P. Ramlee” themed buffet dinner to honor the great artist.

Nasi Briyani Kambing

The Halal Certified buffet dinner boasts a total of 350 dishes and 30 live stations which also features a number of the artist's all-time favorite dishes. Hilton Petaling Jaya has taken it a step further by cleverly naming the live-action food stalls after his songs and films. The drink station is named "Oh Manisku" that serves "Teh Tarik" and coffee, while “Simpang Enam Komtar”, the Mamak Corner presents Penang Char Kway Teow, Bee Hoon, Mee Mamak, and Maggi. All the live stalls are named after P. Ramlee's masterpieces, one after the other, enjoy Tossai, Roti Canai, Roti Boom, Murtabak, Roti John, Kari Ayam Mamak and Dalcha, Nasi Briyani Kambing “Antara Dua Darjat” comprising Kambing Mamak Special with Briyani. A variety of desserts such as Goreng Panas-panas Pisang, Keladi, Cempedak, Sukun, Sweet Potato, Karipap, Samosa, and Popiah Goreng will be available at the "Orang minyak" station.
