Charcoal grills from the Ikan Bakar and Satay
A whiff of the charcoal grills from the Ikan Bakar and Satay is enough to make anyone’s mouth water as they walk into Restoran Sekinchan (a restaurant within the Sekin Fisherman Village Hotel & Resort). The juicy freshly caught Ikan Bakar served at Restoran Sekinchan packs a delightful and satisfying burst of flavor that is perfect to be accompanied by their tangy sambal belacan, and their savory Asam Pedas stew. All the seafood served at this restaurant is astoundingly fresh; be sure to order their scrumptious Udang Sambal Kering, Ketam Masak lemak, and the Sayur Campur to complete the meal, and end it with a gula Melaka and coconut milk infused dessert, cendol.
