Invest Selangor launched the “Program Digitalisasi Urus Tadbir Tenaga Kerja” (PRODUTK), an initiative by the State Government of Selangor to help SMEs in Selangor digitalize their businesses and adapt to 4.0 technologies. PRODUTK is a workforce digitalization program capable of attendance recording and monitoring with GPS, work scheduling, leave application, mileage claim calculation, and health screening.
Through PRODUTK, the State Government addresses the need for a progressive digital transformation within Selangor for all aspects of business, including operations, and administrations to become more competitive in their respective industries. With part of the expenses borne by the State Government of Selangor, companies are now able to subscribe to a comprehensive workforce digitalization program with minimal costs.
SMEs and businesses must meet the following criteria to be eligible for PRODUTK:
• Majority ownership of the company is Malaysian
• Micro, Small or Medium-sized company with not more than 200 employees for the Manufacturing sector or 75 employees for Services sectors
• HQ address in Selangor
