Centre court of KLCC is decked out with nostalgic Kampung theme
In conjunction of Ramadhan and Aidilfitri celebration, Suria KLCC Group of Malls launched their campaign inspired by nostalgic Hari Raya celebration in ‘kampung’ imbued with love and family values.
The ceremony kicked off to an energising start as shoppers, media, and tourist witnessed a traditional kampung house constructed in the centre court came alive with the launching ceremony by Datuk Haji Hashim Wahir, the Chairman of Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd.
The auspice ous event was also attended by Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd Director, Encik Anuar Marzuki Bin Abdul Aziz, the COO of Suria KLCC Mr Francis Tan and the General Manager of Suria KLCC Mall, Mr Ben Chong. Also present at the event were Encik Iskandar Mirza, the Director of Corporate Communications -Tourism Malaysia and Mr Manoharan Periasamy, the Director of Package Development – Tourism Malaysia.
Datuk Haji Hashim Wahir said, “In Malaysia, Hari Raya is not only celebrated by Muslims but also by other ethnic groups, making our festive occasions truly multiracial in character. This Hari Raya celebration is indirectly helping to give meaning to the multiracial and multi-religious character of the nation. Adding further excitement to the Raya celebration and in appreciation to the shoppers’ support towards KLCC Group of Malls, they are giving out an exclusive 3-tier tiffin, a specially designed Raya packets and other attractive prizes throughout the campaign period.
